If we cancel an item after receiving payment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled item to the original payment method.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Kema Beauty reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Kema Beauty begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Submit cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. Submitting a request does not guarantee we can cancel the order.

Once an order has entered processing, been submitted to a fulfillment supplier, been packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Our Cancellation Policy governs requests involving cancellations and order changes, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Kema Beauty generally processes orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7 to 10 business days after processing, although these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship directly from fulfillment centers in South Korea or other locations. Orders containing multiple products may also arrive in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Kema Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, international transportation, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

Products shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.

Kema Beauty does not control customs processing or the fees imposed by customs authorities.
